“The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free, and good men die like dogs. There’s also a negative side”.

Attributed to writer Hunter S. Thompson, this quote becomes a harsh reality for many who venture blindly into the music business, but it doesn’t have to be that way.

Does your company need consulting on sound or music-related issues?

Do you need to know the fair price for any music service or product?

Do you have a child who wants to pursue a career in music?

Do you need a band that will make your wedding or special event really special?

Do you need advice about purchasing a musical instrument or sound system?

Have you written a song and don’t know what to do with it?

Do you want to learn to play an instrument?

Have you recorded an album and need to get it on Itunes and Spotify?

Does your niece want to move to Nashville and become a country star?

Does your spouse want to start a band?

Would you like to host a “House Concert” in your living room?

Does your school or church have sound problems?

The solutions to these questions are simple if you have access to a group who has a combined hundreds of years of experience in the business. My name is Tony Sarno, and I have been a professional musician since 1977. I take pride in my craft, whether playing in front of 20,000 people, 20 people, recording, teaching, or consulting. I am passionate about music, have accumulated a wealth of knowledge from my vast experiences, and I’m happy to share this knowledge and my colleagues’ knowledge with you. I have toured the world as the front man for my band and as guitarist for Artists such as Felix Cavaliere’s Rascals, David Clayton-Thomas’ Blood, Sweat & Tears, Del Shannon, The Crystals, and Peter Tork. My records are on Itunes, Spotify, all of the music services, and in physical stores. I have performed internationally on radio, TV, and stage. I was a resident artist at the Bose Corporation, demonstrating their sound equipment with a seven-piece band, acting as the “voice of the musician” for decisions regarding their products’ features and marketing, and participated in the brainstorming of prospective new products.

Over the years my colleagues have included musicians, singers, songwriters, artists, arrangers, composers, rock bands, blues bands, country bands, jazz bands, agents, managers, publicists, record label heads, record producers, concert promoters, sound/recording engineers, mastering engineers, acoustical engineers, lighting designers, stage managers, tour managers, road managers, music professors, directors at corporations, bandleaders, musical directors, song-pluggers, record promoters, club owners, studio owners/managers, country club managers, hotel managers, wedding planners, inventors, rock stars, blues stars, opera stars, almost stars, puppeteers, impersonators, luthiers, DJs, graphic artists, electronics technicians, guitar makers, amp makers, MBAs, dropouts, truck drivers, roadies, con-men, stalkers, grifters, drifters, posers, and drummers (just kidding, some of my best friends are drummers).

With contacts across the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Argentina, Thailand, China, and Japan, we can get anything done, anywhere, in any aspect of the music industry, and we can show you how. We will help you find your child’s first instrument or show you the many steps to becoming a star. With the loftier goals, we will also give you a realistic assessment of success.   We are consultants in the music business, and we’re here to serve you or your company.
